Returns & Exchanges
Any items purchased within the last 30 days is eligible for a return or exchange. Returns must be in original, unworn condition and are subject to review before a refund may be issued.
Some conditions may apply depending on the manufacturer's warranty. However, we will do whatever we can within that first 30 days to get it taken care of. Just use the form on the contact page to let us know what you would like to do and we'll work quickly to resolve the problem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for any returned item. A trackable shipping service is recommended for items over $100. We take no responsibility for items that get lost in the mail. Shipping information will be provided along with approval notification of your return.
*Non-returnable items include: Coffee and Apothecary products.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. You will receive an additional email once the item has been inspected and your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, then please use the form on the contact page, and make sure to list the reason for your exchange.
